Class Descriptions
GENERAL CLASS - The general class will have a specific focus or target pose. The asanas in the class will help open the body in preparation. Class will include a variety of poses including inversions.

ROPES CLASS - In Yoga Kurunta (Puppet Yoga) we will approach how to do specific asanas using the support of the ropes. Fun and challenging, holding or being tied in the ropes helps you focus on one body part at a time while relieving stiffness and allowing you to stay in the pose for a longer time with less stress on the body.

RESTORATIVE - In this class we use props to rest the body in yoga positions. Inversions are done using the wall or chairs and bolsters for support. We may sometimes touch on deeper breath work, or pranayama. Expect to feel challenged and very relaxed at the end of class.

PRIVATE CLASSES AVAILABLE - Are you having trouble with a specific pose? Do you have a body part that is just not cooperating? Usually we can address this in class, but sometimes a one on one session can be very helpful. Contact me for an appointment. We can go over your individual needs. Private classes are 60 minutes long and include a "prescription" of poses to practice and other instructions to take home.
